All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Hand-painted and made to order items may require a little extra time during busy periods, and this will always be communicated clearly.

Shipping Rates (UK Only)

We keep shipping costs fair and simple. Your shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on the items in your basket.

📮 Light Mail – £1.50

For greeting cards and light flat items.

​

📦 Standard Parcel – £3.50

For collars, collar accessories, leads, and small non-fragile items.

​

☕ Fragile/Heavy Parcel – £4.95

For hand-painted mugs and items requiring secure protective packaging.

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Combined Shipping

​

If you order multiple items, Wix automatically applies the correct combined rate based on the heaviest or most fragile item in your order.
This ensures you never overpay for postage.

📍 Local Delivery (RH10, RH11 & RH12)

Local delivery is available to the following postcode areas:

• RH10

• RH11

• RH12

Local delivery orders are usually delivered within 2–4 days after completion of your order.

Estimated delivery:
